RETURNS
Here at JAMI we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Which is why we offer FREE RETURNS of the unused item, with its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable but we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Please contact us at info@shopjami.com or fill out our easy form below! When your return is approved, we will email you a shipping label for easy return. Typically response is same day but please allow extra time on nights, holidays and weekends. Please allow 48 hours after delivery of your items for issued refund.

Fit not quite right? Need to make an exchange or an adjustment to your item? No problem, we totally get it! Please contact us at info@shopjami.com or fill out the handy form below to receive approval. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved, the exchange will ship out USPS at no additional cost. Please note there are no cancellations. All orders placed online via www.shopjami.com will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact us via info@shopjami.com within 24 hours from the time of your order.
